PAYMENT:
The clinic accepts payment by card, via MobilePay and cash payment.
Cancellation of appointment should be done latest 24 hours in advance.
Not showing up for the appointment, full price will be charged.
If the cancellation is done the same day, 50% of the price will be charged.
Cancellation can be done via phone, sms or email.
If you arrive late for appointment, treatment will be carried out in most relevant way within the remaining time. If the treatment cannot be completed as planned, due to lack of time and late arrival, then the original 100 % price will be charged.

If you have booked an appointment through our online booking system , you are giving consent at the time of booking for us to record and store personal data.
If you have not booked an appointment through our online booking system, you are kindly requested to sign a personal data consent form during your first appointment, to ensure that you are informed about the rules of recording and storing personal data.
As a Registered Alternative Therapist, we are obliged to write a journal about our patients. The purpose of the journal is to provide a good quality treatment and to document it.
JOURNAL REGISTERS THE FOLLOWING DATA:
Contact information – name, address and contact information
Reason for contacting the therapist:
- Relevant physical symptoms
- Relevant psychological symptoms and well-being, including, for example, working conditions, relationships, symptoms of stress, anxiety, depression or the like
- Medical diagnosis, previous and / or ongoing treatment and / or medication
- Treatment observations during treatment
THE THERAPIST HAS DUTY OF CONFIDENTIALITY AND DATA IS REGISTERED ONLY WITH THE FOLLOWING PURPOSE:
- Contact information for identification of client for journal management, booking as well as correspondence and invoicing to client.
- Health information is recorded for: diagnostic; to ensure relevant treatment, taking into account disease history.
KEEPING PERSONAL DATA:
Data is kept secured in accordance with the applicable Personal Data Regulation in the journal and booking system. Personal data is shared with the booking system for invoicing and journal keeping. Booking system is considered data processor and a data processing agreement has been entered into with it. Data is processed in accordance with the applicable Personal Data Regulation. You can request access to the agreement with the data processor. The data processor is located in Denmark, therefore your data will never leave Denmark. Your personal information will by no means be utilised for other purpose than your relevant treatment in the clinic.
Your personal data will be kept as long as you are the clinic’s active client.
When you cease to be the clinic’s client, the personal data will be kept only as long as the clinic is obliged according to Law. When personal data is deleted, it is deleted from the Data processor database (booking system) as well.
COMPLAINTS AND WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT:
You have the right to request information about which personal data, we keep about you. You can withdraw your consent about sharing your personal data at any time. If any of the information is wrong, you can request it to be corrected or deleted. You can contact the clinic on email: [email protected]
